Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

Since we work with multiple suppliers, delivery times can vary depending on your location and the supplier's fulfillment center. Please note the following estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 7-20 business days
  • Canada: 10-25 business days
  • Europe: 10-25 business days
  • Australia: 10-25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

Please be aware that these are estimates, and some shipments may experience delays due to customs, weather conditions, or logistical issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees may vary depending on the product and destination. Please refer to the shipping rate displayed at checkout for accurate pricing.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $60 USD.
  • Standard shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other charges upon reaching your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and they are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability from different suppliers. Each shipment will have its own tracking information and shipping times.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow a few extra days as packages can sometimes be delayed in transit. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at hello@shebrite.com, and we will investigate the issue.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
